Olivia Caldwell

Olivia has been an Executive Assistant since 2017 and has built her career supporting fast-moving teams in demanding environments, with stops at The Team and Tesla before joining Riot Ventures, where she supports the investment team's day-to-day operations. What keeps her hooked on this work is the organizational side of it — building order out of busy calendars and endless moving pieces — and the fact that no two days ever look the same.

Olivia is a University of Oregon grad (Go Ducks) who traded rainy Portland for sunny Santa Monica in 2024, alongside her 82-pound golden retriever, Wally. Outside of work, you'll find her spending time with family and friends, hunting down new restaurants to try, or — in her happiest state — in a country she's never visited before.
